Cleopatra is probably the most remarkable and influential female in human history. Cleopatra was born in 69 BC and ceased to exist at the early age of around 39 years.  She was of Greek descent and became the Queen of Egypt around 51 BC. The Greek Ptolemaic family had ruled Egypt for many tens of years, and after the tragic, self-inflicted death of Cleopatra, Egypt became just another province of the Roman Empire. However, after years of her death, some of her 4, half Greek and half Roman, children did have some good positions within the Roman Empire.
