La traviata is one of the most famous Verdi's operas. It was composed by Verdi in 1853, and it was based on one of the plays by by Alexandre Dumason 5 years before, called La Dame aux camélias. Giuseppe Verdi used to live in the North of Italy, near Venice. Venice was famous for their art, and many other things, such as parties, where often masquerade masks were worn or carried via adecorated stick. We chose 'La Traviata' for the name of this mask, because it is reminiscent of those typical Venetian Masks.
This mask can be used as a wall ornament, and also to wear it in a nice party. Some Venetian masks can be extremely expensive sometimes, however, this one is not really one of those. Nonetheless, it is kind of nice.
