Retro Poor Boy Costume for Medium boys (7 to 9 y.o.) belonging to the Victoria era in Great Britain.  This is a very interesting costume, as it is sort of sad,  but also very enlighting in regards to our humban history.  This costume should suggest interesting empathic thoughts in children wearing it.  It is also a  costume wonderful for festivities, such as Halloween, or Book Week.
