This hat is made out of a woven tinsel fabric on the outside and black, stable fabric on the inside.
Can fit some children, although sometimes these hats may need some modifications on the inside. To adjust for children's wear, you can glue a strip of foam on the inside, or even you can simply add some paper around the inside of the hat. This hat has an oval shape.
