Note: We are mainly a mail order business and do not have a formal showroom, and the orders come ready from our warehouse. It is not possible, for the time being, to try or simply inspect products, as we do not have them at our office in Glen Waverley any longer. However, you can order and pay on-line or by phone and collect your order from our offices. We are planning to enable this facility in the future, although it will probably require us to relocate to a larger premises. We really apologise for the inconvenience.

If you prefer to collect the items, we may need up to 24 hours to have them ready for you. In cases of urgency you may be able to pick up your order in even a couple of hours, although this is not always possible and depends on the availability of the items.

Pick ups from our office at Glen Waverley are possible: (conditions apply) Go top

Mon to Wed:
9am to 5pm
Thu and Fri::
From 10am to 7:30pm
Saturdays: (usually by appointment in high season)
From 11:30am to 4:30pm

and at other times and days after mutual agreement.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

We have some conditions of entry, which are the result of past experiences, and are as follows:

1.	NO SMOKING INSIDE
2.	No person under 12 years of age allowed inside without adult supervision. We need you to have continuous control.and minding.of your children when inside our office.
3.	NO FOOD OR DRINKS OF ANY KIND INSIDE (Either packed or in use).
4.	NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE
