Note: We are mainly a mail order business and do not have a formal showroom, and most of the orders come ready from our warehouse. However, you can order and pay on-line or by phone and collect your order from our offices.

If you prefer to collect the items, we may need up to 24 hours to have them ready for you. In cases of urgency you may be able to pick up your order in even a couple of hours, although this is not always possible and depends on the availability of the items.

Pick ups from our office at Glen Waverley are possible: (conditions apply)
Mon to Fri between 10am to 6pm,
and at other times and days after mutual agreement.

You can also come and inspect items, in which case it is convenient to let us know which products you wish to see. In this way we can be sure we will have them here when you come. However, some products may only be available after they have been ordered and prepaid. We have some conditions of entry, which are the result of past experiences, and are as follows:
